- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate with a flat 15% rate. However what I tell people is that because of our dynamic pricing model and the ability to list on multiple 3rd party sites that we actually create more income for them than had they done it themselves or with another company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what your goals are but often times we meet at your residence and look for where we can maximize your ROI with decreased wear and tear!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
