They are just the most caring and trustworthy people we have ever worked with! The market has been hard for owners this last year or so on VRBO and Airbnb, rates shift as does income. So, for me, it all comes down to the company you work with. My guests are happy and my home is finally being cleaned and taken cared of in a way I approve of. I have worked with other management companies that didn't return calls, or keep us informed about our home. Later we found out about missing and broken items, AC and plumbing issues, taxes weren't paid, reviews were bad, it was just horrible. But these ladies are so very different! The service they give is top tier! At the end of the day I feel that they are more like family than just another property management company. We will continue to work together for a long time.

I cannot say enough good things about the team from Sunshine Short Term Rentals. When an unexpected situation arose while I was away, they went above and beyond by sending staff all the way to Arizona on short notice to attend to my home.
Their quick response and willingness to literally go the extra mile to help a client in need truly shows their commitment to service. Desiree, and the rest of the crew handled the issue swiftly and professionally. They kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I felt at ease even from afar.
By taking care of the problem in my absence, Sunshine's team provided much-needed peace of mind. The burden was completely lifted from my shoulders thanks to their diligent efforts and care for my property. Their customer service is second to none and I cannot express enough gratitude for how they took charge when it mattered most.
Should the need arise again, I wouldn't hesitate to trust Sunshine Short Term Rentals to go above and beyond. Their responsive, thoughtful approach gives me total confidence in utilizing their services and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Working with Sunshine has been great. I don't have to worry about my property and I know if there are any issues Sunshine STR handles them without me having to worry. I am always in the loop and they always answer my emails. I highly recommend this company for peace of mind! They are very upfront and honest which isn't always the case in this industry. They don't nickel and dime me with random fees, my house is always clean when I come through. I respect Sunshine's direct no BS approach. They take care of my properties like I would if I had clones. I just can't always be in Florida but it is all good because Kim and Desiree have my back. Try them, you won't regret it.

As an owner it is often challenging. it is vital to have someone you trust to manage your home. Previously, I have been financially taken advantage of. Sunshine is exactly as their name suggests. Desiree is always fresh and positive! She works hard, extremely responsive and works directly with you and how you want your home managed. She treats your home as if it were her home! The market is hard for owners and rentals. We are all on Air B&B, VRBO that's an equal playing field. It comes down to quality service from when the quest arrives until they leave. If you are looking for someone to manage your home I would strongly suggest Sunshine Short Term Rentals. Desiree offers excellent service!!
