- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services for buyers are free. We represent the buyer's best interest but we get paid by seller when you buy a home. Keep in mind this will not make the home you buy cost more. To the contrary 95% of our clients are able to negotiate a lower price than current asking price using our services when buying a home making you save $$. For sellers depending the price of the home we normally charge from 2%-6% Negotiable. Keep in mind half of that charge goes to buyer's agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain the process of buying or selling a home over the phone. Once client is ready we make an appointment to meet and help you buy or sell a home. We also explain the property management services if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To maintain our license we have to take a follow up class and exam every 2 years regarding updates related to real estate market and laws. We also needed to pass a state exam showing our knowledge in the real estate market and laws to obtain our Real Estate License.
