Our pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the specific scope of each project. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For most jobs, we offer free on-site assessments and detailed written proposals. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or referrals just ask! All pricing includes high-quality workmanship and is backed by our warranty. Materials can be customer supplied or provided by us at competitive rates. We’re always happy to explain our pricing and answer any questions before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick conversation to understand your needs and schedule a free assessment. We visit the property to evaluate the project, answer your questions, and provide a detailed written estimate. Once you approve the proposal, we schedule the work at your convenience. Throughout the project, we keep you updated on progress, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a clean job site. After completion, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re fully satisfied before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed and insured, with years of hands-on experience in roofing and exterior construction. We are certified by leading manufacturers such as Owens Corning, GAF, and IKO, and regularly complete industry training to stay current with the latest installation techniques and safety standards. We also hold a Florida roofing license and are active members of the National Roofing Association and the Better Business Bureau.
