My husband and I are beyond thrilled and satisfied with our brick installation (fireplace/high ceiling, kitchen, coffee bar and 1/2 wall) performed by White Coast. Erick did an AWESOME job on our kitchen backsplash installation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great pricing for the quality of work we provide. Pricing is determined by multiple factors including (but not limited to) square footage, type of material, what material the client will be providing, location, etc.
Typically we require an initial percentage of the project upfront and the remainder upon completion!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in starting a new project would be to talk to the client and really understand what their idea is and what is the ultimate goal of the project. Next, we would measure and evaluate any other factors that could affect the pricing to be able to offer the client the most accurate estimate (we can do this in person or virtually). Once we have an agreement on pricing , payment terms, and expectations, we are able to get to work.

White Coast works with all types of costumers to accomplish a variety of different goals. We help the first time home owner get their dream bathroom and flooring, we help property managers get their properties ready for rental, we help investors flip properties while staying in their budget. Our job is to get it done and keep our clients happy.
