I like to have a comprehensive free consultation in order to gather information and set expectations. My main goal is to provide a delicious, stress-free experience for all of us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Culinary Education, a degree in Baking and Patisserie, both from Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. I also take regular continuing education classes to keep abreast of the latest trends.
