D&M is a 10/10. I manage over 400 properties and use them extensively. They have always been honest with me, have helped me resolve issues that other vendors have made it look like the end of the world and no one does better AC than them. When permits have been pulled for AC Replacements and Electrical Box replacement, the city inspectors have always been very impressed by their work. Highly, highly recommend them.
