We needed a professional architect to help us to obtain a permit from the city of Miami to start a remodeling of our house. We were very lucky hiring Martin, who was very punctual, professional, and responsive. Despite that we heard that many are having a lot of difficulties and delays when dealing with city and other professionals, Martin was extremely responsive and finished the work on time with complications and hiccups. He is very professional and honest, and I would highly recommend hiring him to anyone.
