- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, complexity, materials, and overall scope of each project. MMP Construction & Management focuses primarily on complete remodeling projects rather than small handyman repairs. As a general guideline, complete bathroom renovations typically start around $25,000 and complete kitchen renovations around $40,000, depending on selections, layout changes, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry, countertops, and finishes. We provide clear, detailed estimates so you understand the scope of work and what is included before construction begins. Our goal is not to be the lowest-priced contractor—we focus on providing quality workmanship, professional project management, clear communication, and lasting value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to learn about your project, goals, approximate budget, and desired timeline. Photos and basic measurements are helpful during this initial discussion. If the project appears to be a good fit, we schedule a consultation to see the space, discuss design ideas and selections, and evaluate the work required. From there, we prepare a detailed scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, trades, construction, and finishing work. Throughout the project, our goal is simple: keep you informed, keep the project organized, and deliver the renovation we agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MMP Construction & Management combines hands-on construction experience with professional business and project-management experience. Our work involves coordinating the different trades and stages required for successful renovations, including demolition, framing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing, electrical, painting, and finish work. Just as important as knowing how to build is knowing how to plan, coordinate, communicate, manage budgets, and solve problems when unexpected conditions are discovered during construction.
