Our pricing is based on the size, complexity, materials, and overall scope of each project. MMP Construction & Management focuses primarily on complete remodeling projects rather than small handyman repairs.
As a general guideline, complete bathroom renovations typically start around $25,000 and complete kitchen renovations around $40,000, depending on selections, layout changes, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry, countertops, and finishes.
We provide clear, detailed estimates so you understand the scope of work and what is included before construction begins. Our goal is not to be the lowest-priced contractor—we focus on providing quality workmanship, professional project management, clear communication, and lasting value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to learn about your project, goals, approximate budget, and desired timeline. Photos and basic measurements are helpful during this initial discussion.
