- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include hot water, detergent, and deep scrub process. Extras include pre treatment of high traffic areas, spot treatment and removal. Red stains are very stubborn and require a different process for removal. About $25 per spot. Depends on the size of the spot. Stairs are $7 per step. Upholstery is about $16 per linear ft in length, so an 8 ft sofa will be about $135. Extra pillows and cushions are an additional charge. Moving of furniture is an extra charge as well, depending on amount of furniture to move, average charge $35-$50.
