I had these pop ups that would not go away and eventually it just stopped working. I was ready to throw it out of the window but thought I would try to have it repaired. Nick was available the same day I contacted him. He communicated quickly and came to my house to repair the computer. I had some viruses that he removed and he also did some kind of tune up that sped my computer up. I am very happy with the work and will call if I need anymore help.

Working with Dr Nick to recover my data was not only a professional experience but very pleasant. He definitely knows what he is doing, and I am so pleased to have been able to get all my data back! Furthermore, the price was very reasonable and it was all completed in the comfort of my own home! He diagnosed the problem fixed it and suggested some upgrades and cleaning exercises which he carried out and didn't bother to inflate his initial estimate of the cost of repairs. Will use him again when the need arises.
