FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every property is different, so pricing is based on factors such as the size of the property, the type of pest issue, and the level of treatment required. We provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins. Whether you need a one-time treatment or ongoing pest protection, we'll recommend the most effective solution without trying to sell you services you don't need. We also offer recurring service plans that provide year-round protection and excellent value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer begins with a conversation about their concerns, followed by a thorough inspection of the property when needed. We identify the pest problem, determine the source, and explain our findings in plain language. From there, we recommend the most effective treatment plan and answer any questions before getting started. After treatment, we provide recommendations to help prevent future infestations and, for recurring customers, schedule regular service visits to keep the property protected year-round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are professionally trained in the latest pest management techniques and follow industry best practices to safely and effectively eliminate pests. We stay current on Florida regulations, treatment methods, and product advancements through continuing education and ongoing training. We are committed to using proven solutions that are both effective and responsible for our customers, their families, pets, and the environment whenever possible. We hold a Certified Pesticide Operator license, stay up to day with UF and IFAS best practices and certifications, and are appropriately licensed to work in all municipalities within our service area.
