I highly recommend Luis and his crew for any home improvement project. He did an outstanding job on my garage epoxy flooring, and the results exceeded my expectations. The floor looks amazing, with a clean, professional finish and great attention to detail. He also installed a new AC unit in the garage, and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. Everything was explained clearly, and the installation was neat and well done. In addition, he installed storage units in the garage, maximizing the space and making it much more organized and functional. He was reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality workmanship at a fair price, I would not hesitate to hire him again.

The work done was to remove a grease stain left a cheap grill on my Patio. Fredy did an excellent job removing the stain an repainting the area. Fredy was extremely courteous and showed up each day on time. Although it was a relatively small job he had to come back on three days. Once to remove the stain, then to prime and finally to paint. I highly recommend Maintenance Solutions
