This team did a fabulous job fixing my gmail accounts that have been running on apple platforms for a long time. Recent changes from Google and Apple caused significant gmail problems such deleting unread mail. The team easily identified the problem and fixed it. Then, they set up all 3 apple devices to work correctly supporting multiple gmail accounts and reasonable security for a non-corporate environment. Services like this will be increasingly important in the future, so try them!

Scott and Sean were great. I was skeptical they could fix my residential wireless issues remotely, but they quelled my fears. They were incredibly patient and relentless until they got the end desire they sought. We started w a speedtest.net rating of ~20 and ended w one in the ~400-500 range. So worth it. Hire these guys!

I price my projects fairly. My word is my bond, and if I commit to delivering your project, you can count on it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one- ( the part everyone forgets..) Sit and LISTEN to your client. no two projects are the same, and a clear understanding of what your client wants and needs is essential!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Crestron Certified Master Programmer, certified NVX-N Network engineer, and am certified in Biamp and Qsys DSP programming. Notable projects include: - Hollywood Hard Rock ( programming),-Chipotle corporate offices, -California Air Pollution Board, and countless multi million residences on Palm Beach, Manalapan, Bal Harbour, etc.
