"I have been training with Frank Latella at Move Fitness in Boynton Beach over the last 6 months. I came across Move Fitness online while searching obstacle course training as I hope to run a Spartan Race later this year and I wanted to train with people who are experienced in that type of preparation. When I signed up I was introduced to the HAGANAH program thought by Frank. MOVE Fitness offered this program and all kinds of fitness classes at all hours and after I did all my research I thought the price was fair and programs looked great and since HAGANAH was included I figured I would try it for a while not knowing what it was. I enjoy all the workouts and different fitness training but now the highlight of my day is always looking forward to HAGANAH class.
HAGANAH class is more than your normal work out, It also is a learning experience. Frank always has a different workout in place for every class. Frank takes the time to explain what the roots and meaning of the HAGANAH system is and why we are doing what we are doing. There is literally an explanation for every move and technique that he goes over and then builds and builds on what you have learned so in a short period you actually have covered a lot different material. The training program with Frank goes over real life scenarios, and how and when they could be used. I had no idea what I was getting into my first day, and I had never done any kind of material arts or sports, but Frank takes people of all fitness levels and backgrounds and is able to break down techniques that can be applied anywhere and anytime while still getting a hell of a work out. I can tell the difference in the speed and the shape of my classmates from the first day they started to today.
In just 6 months I have trained with Frank in combat fitness, gun disarms, knife disarms, close quarter combat, krav maga, kick boxing, knife fighting, speed drills, weight training, full body conditioning, how to defend knife attacks from over a dozen different angles and gun threats from all angles. How to protect and defend punches, kicks, all kinds of different choke holds and take downs. Also how to attack back in all types of different forms from on the ground to with or without weapons. Just taking a minute to think about what we have covered in such short time is amazing.
Frank Latella is more than a trainer he is a teacher too. I am proud to be part of his class and would be willing to take that time to say nothing but the best about him. And I invite anybody to try Frank's HAGANAH program weather you want to learn an awesome self defense program or looking for a different way to get in shape. I plan to work out with him for as long as possible and hope to help people see the valve in his program and MOVE Fitness but more importantly in Frank Latella as person. THANKS FRANK!!!!!!
