FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 12 years old I had just received my first point-and-shoot digital camera - just in time for my cousins wedding. The entire wedding day I was following around the photographer taking photos over his shoulder. They ended up framing the photos I had taken instead of the professional photographers shots. It made me feel great and I was so happy that I could give them those memories. From that point on I always had some kind of camera with me. Once I was in high school I started my actual career by taking the senior portraits for all of my friends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For most of my career I have worked with models who were trying to build their portfolios - dramatic portraits, fashion, head shots. However in the past two years I have been focusing more on Wedding photography and I am very much enjoying it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just recently coordinated a fashion bridal shoot with a few local providers. I contacted a gown designer and had two beautiful models, hair stylist, and makeup artist all work together. We came up with something beautiful. The shots that we took at that session are incredible.
