The cleaning of the roof went extremely well; very courteous & professional young man. The arrival time was not what was expected but they were kind enough to keep us posted. Overall I would recommend & will use again

Nathan Lancaster & his Pheoenix Pressure Cleaning team were seriously stellar. I rarely write reviews, but really wanted to for him/his business, especially as our experience was so great!! I'm not from the area & needed help for my 90 yr old dad for some things I knew little about hiring a company to do. My dad (of course) had been quoted outrageous prices by another company, & I didn't want him to be taken advantage of, so I stepped in. Thumbtack to the rescue! And, thank you so much, Thumbtack, we found Phoenix Pressure Cleaning, and received a quote that not only came in lower (in most cases a lot lower) than the other bids on our small job ... but Nathan included the hauling/dumping end of the gig, while other's didn't. Additionally, when I needed to double the amount of work the job entailed ... Nathan did not double the price! He was beyond reasonable. (Wish more businesses treated their customers like Phoenix does). Nathan & his staff are honest, cool, & decent people who show up on time, do the work quickly, thoroughly, & cost effectively. Also, they work well with all ages, & on a variety of jobs. I'd hire Phoenix for everything from painting to pool deck to pressure cleaning & then some, as they rock. Major thanks (again) to Thumbtack for introducing my family to Nathan Lancaster & the Phoenix Pressure Cleaning Family ...this New York City girl & elderly Boca dad are absolutely happy & grateful!!

Excellent work and service. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the efficiency of the team. Nathan responded quickly and was able to start the job quicker than I thought possible. I highly recommend their services for resurfacing driveways with blacktop and pressure washing. Nathan even tackled the garage issues. My clients were extremely pleased with the outcome!
