- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very simple pricing system. We only charge the following: Initial tenant placement fee and a monthly management fee. We do not have a cancellation fee or cancellation policy while other companies hold you to their management company for months and charge high cancellation fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the property is vacant we will visit the property and assess a fair market rental value. Once we sign a property management agreement we will begin marketing the property as quick as possible to find you a qualified tenant. If the property is occupied then we will notify the tenant that we are the new property management company and that all rent and maintenance items need to be directed to us moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Real Estate Broker of the company is a licensed attorney and general contractor. The lead Property Manager is a licensed real estate agent and former licensed residential contractor and builder of the year for a large National Florida builder. This knowledge of the law and construction allows us to navigate nuances of Florida's Landlord Tenant Law and major/minor tenant repairs.
