I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I should due to the positive experience I had with Jeffrey and The Rooter Company. I had an emergency at 3am and called around. The only company that answered was them. Within an hour they were here and diagnosed my problem, explained throughly and went to work. I had a leak in my slab and water coming up in my bathroom. By 8am my leak was fixed and my water was back on. I would like to thank Jeffrey and Rooter for a job well done.

Had some remodeling done recently, out of everyone I called, Rooter had the best prices by far so I went ahead and gave them a shot. Excellent work done all around the house, bathroom looks stunning, I had some relatives come over for vacation recently and they couldn't stop commenting on the quality craftsmanship that was done, highly recommend, going to be calling them in the future if I need anything else done 5 stars.

We called Rooter Company with an emergency I had a FLOOD in my bathroom and plumbing backing up INTO THE SHOWER and MY WIFE WAS ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICAL as we had recently moved into our new home in Boca Raton. After receiving many sky high estimates from competing companies, I was calmed down by Jeffrey who not only answered my call, but was SUPER polite and calmed by wife down which is next to impossible and also gave me a more than fair estimate to fix everything and make it like it never happened. Imagine our surprise when Jeffrey showed up in 45 minutes, was extra careful not to add to the mess, diagnosed the issue and also showed me not only why the problem happened in the first place (carelessness from previous plumbing "experts" and cutting corners), discussed our options with us, after a short discussion got right to work and not only fixed us up A1 perfect BUT CLEANED THE ENTIRE "MATTER" as if it never happened and left us with a spanking clean bathroom/shower/sink in our common restroom so we could be confident not only that we wouldn't have an issue while having our official housewarming party but also years down the road to boot! My advice is that if you have any plumbing issues to call Rooter Company AND CERTAINLY ASK FOR Jeffrey to be the one to come, you will be very happy that you did...well at least as happy as one can be after a scare like such 😂!
