I hired this company to drain, clean and stabilize the water. They came the next day, arrived on time , and were very professional. When they finished, the spa was looking beautiful. I spoke with the tech about numerous issues I was having with keeping the water balanced. I have a Swimspa by Thermospas, and that company told me I had to drain the 1200 gallons every 3 months and use a number of chemicals regularly. The tech I spoke with told me that was unnecessary. The water didn’t need to be drained and the amount of different chemicals I ordered from Thermospas was not necessary. He impressed me to where I decided to let Golden Pools and Spas maintain my spa. They will come once a week to check and add chemicals and clean and replace if necessary my filter. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs pool or spa maintenance. Great professionals. Great price!

We met with many Pool companies and we hit the jackpot with Golden Pool & Spa Services.
Thiago & William know what they are doing. They were the only ones who could diagnose the problem and fix it!! They are honest, smart and professional! If you have a pool you need them!
Our pool was not clear with murky water. We received a lot of information but Golden Pool & Spa knew how to handle problem. Thank you so much!!!

Golden Pool and Spa were extremely quick to work with, they responded on the next business day and came out the same day to service my hot tub! They replaced parts that needed replacing and quickly got the hot tub to work again! Could not be more happy with the service provided.
