Colin responded to my request for repair on my Bosch Dishwasher, and made the servcie call within 24 hours. He was on-time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable of Bosch dishwashers and appliances in general. He was excellent at troubleshooting, and then very resourceful in quickly getting the needed repair parts on order, and with an estimated install date and repair estimate on his cell phone (with email copy to me!) Parts arrived on time, he arrnaged a quick visit to install, and he even deducted the price for one of the parts he ordered but did not need!
