I was drawn to the window at the Catapault building, Main Street, next to the Joinery, because of the slow cooker in the driveway. Both owners were there and I began to ask them what they were smoking. They explained that they were smoking the pastrami, which they had been preparing for 2 weeks. They only sold the pastrami on Thursdays because of their process. So, I went back the next day and purchased the slices of pastrami, with 2 sides. The pastrami, which fell apart with just the fork, rivaled the best in NYC! It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it! Highly recommended by this NYC transplant!

Stumbled across this hidden gem while downtown. Food was delicious! Ordered the nachos and the mac and simply fell in love with the brisket! I hope this spot is here for a while!
