My A/C stopped working on a Saturday night reaching inside temperature of 91, which was pretty miserable.On Monday, I didn't know who to call. I checked out some companies on line. Egberts had great reviews. I called them and Shawn came out the same day. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Installation of a new unit was scheduled for the next day.Tristan and Nick were great and efficient! I had a previous appointment where I had to leave home by 4 pm that day. I was worried that they would not be done in time. Thankfully, the job was completed by 2 pm!Also, Egberts gave me the use of a portable A/C unit. That was a pleasant surprise and GREATLY appreciated! Yes, I would recommend Egberts Cooling & Heating.I was VERY satisfied with Egberts! Tristan and Nick were great! I had a previous appointment where I had to leave home by 4 pm today. I was worried that they would not be done in time. Thankfully, the job was completed by 2 pm!Also, I would like to thank you for the use of a portable A/C unit. That was a pleasant surprise and GREATLY appreciated!

I just purchased a home and my AC was kaput. I called up Egberts and they had someone available right away but we scheduled for the next day. Trent came out and gave me a run down on all of my options. He showed me that he could fix the issue but showed me the severity of the issue. He could have simply did the fix and go on his merry way, BUT he showed me what I would be inhaling with such an old system. The handler had mold and being over 24+ years old was super dirty and absolutely disgusting - a simple fix is just not a good idea. With 2 toddlers he really put us first. Their prices are very reasonable and super easy GREAT financing options give you less stress. So we went ahead with a new Central AC system.Trent mentioned he could have someone come out the following day but he made it happen the same day! No extra charge! Tristan and Nick came through and installed everything and had us cooling in a couple hours! They cleaned our vents and ducts just in case any of the mold and nasty stuff from the old system were still existing. Tristan and Nick were flipping AMAZING! I have no worry that I will have any issues in the future and if I do (which I don't believe) I will be calling Egberts 100%!
