- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide some of the most affordable commercial cleaning services in Polk County, and we do not require a 12 month contract like most of our competitors. In addition, we offer monthly electrostatic disinfection services free of charge - and our customers love this feature as it deeply disinfects and sanitizes all high contact areas within their facility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Pro City we normally have an initial walkthrough done of our customers location, so we can gather a variety of details regarding what areas need to be cleaned and more (we take photos as well). Doing this ensures that our cleaning technicians have a detailed scope of work each time they visit your facility to clean, and it also makes sure they do not miss any areas.
