Introduction: Susan has been training dogs for over 25 years, since she was 10 years old and started to compete at the age of 12 in AKC. Since then she has trained in several different venues and trained all levels of dogs. Training is her passion to make the bond between owner and dog the best it can be. Susan knows every dog is different and needs to be trained to how the dog is best willing to learn.

When my very energetic Weimaraner needed training, Susan from McManus Training came to the rescue. What I loved from the start is how excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and professional Susan is. She loves dogs, loves working with them, and loves her job. Not only did my pup learn effective dog training, so did I.

McManus training has been responsible for the training of our last two German Shepherds. Both dogs resulted in excellent behavior and more importantly, McManus training was able to provide us with the skills and confidence we needed to reinforce that behavior day to day. It is my opinion that their knowledge of dog behavior is an essential component to their training style and techniques. They are highly responsive to all my questions, and have always worked to accommodate my schedule. I would and have recommended McManus Training to others based on my personal experience with them.
