Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
I love capturing special moments for people and seeing the joy it brings them. When I am hired, I take the job seriously and immediately get involved with the client so now only do I get what they think they want, I get the extra that may not have crossed their mind. Kids are always great because most of the time posed photos are the want but I try to entertain and get their attention and being kids, who knows what they will do next, it's those candid moments that turn out the best! This goes for adults as well. Sometimes you just gotta get loose and have fun.

We couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Nate was there on time, was very patient, and took every possible shot we could ask for. We were extremely pleased with the shots he took. We came away from the experience thinking the kid could easily charge several times more that what he did. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

At the age of 12 I lived in Italy for three years and went everywhere with my parents' camera or some disposable. That was it, I was hooked. No matter where I went I never just snapped a photo but rather had to get the right angle, include something, crop it (since it was film), and simply was not satisfied if it was generic. I am not sure where or how it started. I never really watched anything or read books about photography, it was just something I started and it continue to build inside throughout high school, then college, and finely I was hired by someone for small wedding and one thing led to another and Last Shot Photography was born.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Whether it be weddings, families, students, or bands, everyone wants a portrait. Portrait work is the biggest area I cover because in these times, everyone has a profile somewhere and they use a photo for that profile or profiles and that photo simply has to be the best and stand out. I love getting creative with portraits as well so whether it is outside or in a studio I encourage people to have fun and relax so we can capture the best times since those are the ones we want to remember.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not everyone can do it. Even in my field of professionals, each of us has a different feel, eye, and overall vision of our end product. This starts the moment a photo is captured to the end touched-up product. I've been told that I am one of the best candid capturers people have hired or worked with. I have always prided myself in this that I think outside the pose box and try to get something unique. While my posing is not bad, I am no model photographer but an area I still work on. Like any job, everyone has an area they're great at and for me, it's those candid generally unnoticed moments I get that most miss.
