I have got to tell you that Fence FL is top-notch!I have worked with many contractors in the past and more often than not - there are problems. So I am very hesitant when hiring them now. However, this experience was perfect in every way.First of all, he gave me an estimate that was very, very fair in price. And, he got it to me right away so that I could think about the work that needed to be done.Next, he did a follow-up with a phone call and we talked about the day and time he would be to my house to do the work. He explained every line item that he was billing for and why it needed to be done. The day he arrived, he went over the same estimate lines again and pointed them out on the gate/fence so that I could see for myself instead of just taking his word for it.By the time he was done, the gate was actually working better than it was before. Apparently when houses are put together in a hurry these days, builders use cheap parts, put things together quickly and without quality, and often ignore the long-term durability of what they are building. He performed work on my latch and balanced the fence so that I can just give a small little push and it closes into itself and latches gracefully with no force or effort. He also performed additional work that I didn't ask for without increasing the price. This included bracing the gate and fence, giving it more strength and stability, balancing, leveling, and even working on the stabilizer bar on the gate to help with the bending from heavy winds.Fence work isn't something homeowners deal with very often, but if I ever need work done again, I will only work with this company. Justin is honest, practical (no filler work), and takes pride in his craft and art. Please, I beg you, call Fence FL and speak with Justin. He won't let you down!
