Just had my garage doors repaired by GDI. Braden Hobbs (and Bro) was exceptional. One of the Extension springs broke. He came to check on it and presented the problems and the plan on how to IMPROVE (not just replace) the springs making it much safer for us who live here. Very professional, kind, knowledgable and respectful. He took care of everything. It was a safe and pleasant experience. Oh, and before I could even ask how to make the door more silent, he suggested we replace the rollers too! No pressure. I call that foresight!!! Highly recommended!! GDI, youve got great ones with the Hobbs Brothers on your team. Thanks yall!!!
