About
In my years of handywork, I have never left a job unfinished if it was within my capability to do. When I started in Ohio, this type of online gig-economy didn't exist. Everything was based off of reputation, so if you ever left a customer high-and-dry, or did poor work, you didnt get more jobs. So I have never left a customer without a solution, even when it meant recommending someone else for a job.

Mr. Smith was kind enough to come and help me test what was wrong with my dishwasher when I didn’t know. He was very knowledgeable yet humble about his abilities and quite ready to help me find another repairman if he wasn’t suited to the problem. Thankfully he fixed it all up no issue!

Scott installed a new outlet for me, taking the time to find different locations, show me the options, and was able to give me the pros and cons of each location. He was able to explain complicated concepts in a very understandable manner, which I appreciated a LOT as someone who doesn’t understand technical things very easily. He installed the outlet in a short amount of time, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My start-work fee is to cover gas and drive time to get to you. I give loyalty discounts to my regular clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as transparent as possible about the things I can do and the things I cannot. I would always rather them call someone else than for me to leave them in a worse spot. I also prefer to explain my pricing beforehand so they aren't surprised by a bill at the end of a project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional mentorship and hands-on experiences while maintaining rental property in Cincinnati, Ohio.
