- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process with working with a potential new client is to always meet them personally and offer a free estimate. whether that be us initiating a phone call, messaging, or Word of Mouth. We like to set up what is called a walk through. Thus giving us the opportunity to personally meet the client and discuss all details with them. Then taking a look at the task at hand, they're home, new construction, or any home services that needs tending too. We strive on giving our clients a very comfortable, professional, relationship that truly puts them at ease with having the care of their home in our hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up cleaning with my mother in our family owned cleaning business. I've been cleaning with her since I was 14 years old. I started on my own about 10 years ago. I started doing new construction home, cleaning move out, and regular residential cleaning as well. As well as pressure washing.
