We had a laundry room, bathroom and small kitchenremodel on a very old home. Waller Construction was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had issues come up when appliances were being moved back into the house and Waller Construction resolved the issues no questions asked. We will use them in any future jobs

We chose Waller Construction & Design Center to remodel our kitchen as it was time for a make over. Joe came over and we discussed what we had thought we would like done. He completely changed our way of thinking and we are so glad he did. We thought we would like to just paint our cabinets, he told us about refacing and changing the whole look of the kitchen. And its a WOW!!!Prim and Tom are by far the most courteous, hard working, competent, timely gentlemen we have had to do work in our house. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Your staff actually built 2 in-house paint tents with air vents, so there were no paint fumes in our home and also helped to keep the dust to a minimum.In a period of 3 weeks we had a complete new WOW kitchen! I have used Waller's for 2 major projects on my home - an addition, as well as a complete kitchen/utility room remodel. Their work is high quality and everyone involved is quite knowledgeable, skilled and very easy to work with. They keep you informed every step of the way and make sure you understand the implications of every decision you make in the process - from selecting products to where/how to layout windows and lighting, etc. They make sure everything is exactly right and the way you want it to be. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Waller worked with me when dealing with a difficult insurance claim for a plumbing leak in my kitchen. They were very flexible in letting me pick and choose what work I wanted them to complete and what I wanted to do on my own to try and stay within my insurance limits, and also accommodating of any changes I wanted to make as things went along. The work was of excellent quality, and I would definitely use them again for other upgrades or repairs to my home.

Waller Construction recently completed repairs to our home from damage sustained during Hurricane Irma. It was a challenge to find someone that was both able to take on a job of this size and communicate/explain the details and scope of the work that needed to be done while listening to what we wanted out of the finished work.Working with Brian Waller was great -- he had our back throughout the long process, trying to work with our homeowner's insurance company as well as making the process as smooth for us as it could be. Brian's employees, from our project manager to our painter, were a pleasure to work with -- professional, attentive, and straightforward.As first-time home owners, the process of getting our home fixed after extensive damage caused by Irma was a confusing and stressful ordeal. 5 months into the process we were given Waller Construction's name, and without their hard work, support, and help, we would not have been able to restore our home to anywhere near its pre-hurricane state.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer finance options through Cambria & Hearth which can transform the remodel you’ve been dreaming of into a reality with manageable monthly payments. You can get approved over the phone for these loans in a matter of minutes!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon reviewing the details of your project, we will schedule a site visit for you with one of our Estimators to take photos/measurements and discuss further details with you. We'll put together a proposal for your review. Once approved, we will set you up to select your tile, countertops, cabinets, etc. with our in-house Design Team to bring your vision to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Waller we believe that finding highly experienced and talented individuals is a must. Our Estimator/Design/Project management team has a combined experience of 262 years and an average career experience of 32 years! We also value continuing education. In house we hold a General Contractors license along with a Home Inspector License. We also have a licensed Architect and Interior Designer on staff. Our staff does complete ongoing training as well.
