I was so pleased with the professional, friendly and informative service I received from EPS Lakeland. I would absolutely use them again should I require service. He was honest enough to let me know that services were not needed for my particular issue- which was so appreciated and rare to find these days!! He walked around my home and offered helpful tips for even my air conditioning system. Retired law enforcement and works with his son and will always support a family owned business. As an RN myself I am also all for supporting a fellow first responder. Highly recommend them folks. Great work ethic and service with a smile. :)

I hired EPS based on the reviews and the fact that Steve (the owner) was at my house within an hour, gave me a very fair price, compared to what others had quoted me. He started on the work immediately. He removed all of the mold in my outside bathroom and replaced all the drywall. He was so friendly and actually listened to my concerns. I will definitely call him again and fully recommend him for any water or mold issues you may have.

Both Steve and Kannon are very professional and honest. Steve came out and inspected my mold situation and was very responsive when I had additional questions. His son, Kannon came out to do the work and he did an amazing job. When he removed the baseboards he saw that it wasn’t as bad as we thought and he adjusted the price. These are truly honest business men. My mold and water damage was removed and with a great price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Financing....and Very fair pricing. All companies use Xactimate for pricing insurance jobs and most WILL charge that or more for customers without insurance. I work with each homeowner based on their needs and try to give them different options on the quotes to make it affordable. You should not have to choose between paying me and not being able to live in your home. We will work with you to the best of our ability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. I listen and give a lot of feedback. I try to walk them through the process as easily as possible.
