My husband and I are extremely blessed to have worked with Brian in the purchase of our second home. Brian has an easy-going, helpful manner that helped us establish immediate rapport. Brian StephensFull Disclosure: Weve known Brian for approximately 13 years from church. This was my first business dealing, he represented a buyer 15 years ago for the sale of my wifes home. He has always been genuine, honest, and ever enthusiastic to see you again. He is loyal, committed, and has a servant attitude. Our home needed to be sold ASAP, however it was a massive 4Bd/3Bt with an odd lay out and old style fixtures in a neighborhood of smaller renovated homes. His skill, knowledge, and experience kept us sane and achieved a satisfactory outcome. Buckling floor planks, power cutoff, and title issues were just some his challenges that he addressed quickly, carefully, and always professionally as our advocate. I have personally known Brian for many years from the business sector in Lakeland. When it came time to sell our much beloved home for over 20 years we decided to call. For all transparency I should note that my dad was a realtor for many years in Lakeland providing us with many options to choose. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. From day one, Brian brought not only a professional evaluation and business sense, but also clearly a knowledgeable path to what inevitably was the sale of our house. He also, provided the much needed hand holding and "spiritual" support we needed when not only dealing with our sale, but the purchase we were looking at for our new home. Brian helped us finally sell our starter home. With his help we were able to find and secure our dream property. There were bumps along the way (which were no fault of Brian or us), but he stayed positive and confidant through the process, praying with us and guiding us in such a calming way. I was so thankful to have a realtor with 15+ years of experience on our side. I can't recommend him enough!

Brian was so great and easy to work with. Sat down and explained the entire process, did the research for our house on both ends but let us make the decisions. Sold our house in 3 days and within a week had the house we were looking for. He is a super nice guy, very honest and ethical and excellent at his job. I would recommend him to anyone.
