- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our typical job includes at least one surround sound system, often with the electronics hidden away from sight and speakers in the walls or ceiling. Our clients love using their iPads or Droid tablets, so we use them to operate nearly everything we do. We use the Sonos audio system, which puts the entire world of music at your fingertips, and is very to use. Our clients are Floridians (at least part time!), so they like their music and television outside as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost you need to be able to communicate well with them. By learning about a potential client's past and present Audio/Video purchases and any problems or issues they've had with them, I can customize a system perfect for them and their entire family.
