FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Besides clean up jobs, I offer monthly bookkeeping on a subscription basis, with transparent, flat-rate pricing—so there are no surprises. Discounts are available for clients with multiple entities, and I tailor packages based on the complexity of your books and the level of support you need. Whether it’s ongoing bookkeeping, catch-up work, or financial diagnostics, you’ll receive a clear scope and fair pricing upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free 15-minute Zoom meet-and-greet to learn about your business, your bookkeeping needs, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I assess the current state of your books and recommend a tailored service plan—whether it's monthly bookkeeping, a one-time cleanup, or financial diagnostics. Once we agree on the scope, I handle the onboarding and keep communication clear and consistent every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and over 20 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience. I’ve served as a Financial Controller and CFO, and I’m an expert-level user of QuickBooks, Xero and Freshbooks, with deep knowledge of setup, cleanup, and ongoing management. I’ve worked extensively with real estate investors, construction companies, and small business owners—bringing not just technical skill, but strategic insight tailored to each industry.
