- What types of customers have you worked with?
FORMATTING BOOKS for publication SCAN & CONVERT printed documents or PDF files to text for editing & formatting SPREADSHEETS: Reports, Address input for mail merge or importing into address programs. MAIL MERGE: We can create the primary file in Word to be used as a form letter, a list, labels or envelopes. The data is input into an Excel spreadsheet for merging. POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS: We can create a PowerPoint presentation using transitions, special effects and insertion of sound clips and video tracks as well as table, figures, charts, narration clips, graphs etc. TYPING: Miscellaneous documents including legal & medical (text only)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Re meetings: If you haven't yet recorded your meeting, I have a 3-page instructions document telling you what to do and what not to do. Do you have a book you've written or want to write? We can transcribe/type what you've done to date, scan and convert what you've already written or type it from scratch for you the format it for publication. Need advice on how to get started? We can help there too. We've typed and formatted Family History Journals, Novels etc. including scanned copies of photos, images & documents.
