- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that they will get what they ask for but more importantly I don't necessarily dictate prices to my customers. I prefer to work with them on price but I would never start a job, agree on a price and then change it for some unforseen problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to establish communication and find out exactly what they are looking for, perhaps make some recommendations if they aren't sure. It's important to establish trust and from there do my best to make their vision come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 5 years in an apprenticeship program under the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Millworkers union in New York State.
