Called for an emergency service on Sunday (Father's Day) morning, Genci showed up within 30 minutes of the call. Very thorough and fair on the inspection of the unit, and identified the issue right away. He was very fair in the work and gave me the right answers without trying to oversell me things I don't need. He was able to answer all my questions. He had the replacement parts with him and fixed the issue within an hour, and the AC was on and running. Fair pricing on the parts and labor, and he didn't charge extra for weekend work.
