Of course AC issues never happen on a schedule, I submitted a request as soon as the problem was noticed and Weatherproof said they would come the next day at 9 am .. and sure enough they did , and fixed the issue first shot and the price including the house call was very reasonable. This is one of those things that you cant leave and hope it gets better, now I will use them again because they show up, and are priced reasonably.. Excellent Service Thank you

We just moved into a new house, and the HVAC unit is a bit old (no service records ledt behind), so I wanted to get a tune-up and advice on potential replacement, if necessary. An opportune time for a business to shoot for the upsell. That didn't happen. James gave me an honest assessment along with the tune-up, explained some recommendations and advice on maintenance, and said it would be fine for at least a few more years. Clearly honest, very professional, and James is just a really pleasant guy.

Very thankful that Jessie came out on a Saturday morning as soon as contacted. My usual air conditioner company didn't have any availability. I was out air conditioning since 8 pm the night before and had an uncomfortable night with my 2 small dogs. I appreciated the promptness and professionalism. He explained the issue and didn't push me to get a new unit eventhough it was 19 years old. I even got a discount. I will definitely contact him in the future.
