Dean was great. He saved me a lot of money and time with a local store that was ripping me off. Came to my house sat here for hours, working through the issues with the computer. The minute he left I started the computer up and it did not function properly. I let it sit for a few minutes, called him. He drove all the way back to my home, took the computer home with him worked for several hours on it and got it running. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the person that you want to call if you have a crisis with your computer, he will not take advantage of you only take your business to him. Even if I moved out of the area, I would FedEx my computer to him to have him fix it. I will trust no one else to help me ever again !

I had a great experience with Richard’s services. He is very kind and knowledgeable about technology. You can tell he is passionate about the work he does, as he takes the time to walk you through what it is he is doing in regards to fixing your computer. He is reasonably priced and did an incredible job fixing my laptop screen that had popped out due to my cat knocking it off my desk. My laptop has an aluminum frame, which made the fix a little bit more difficult but sure enough he had it running as good as new. I would use his services again.

Primed pc owner was knowledgeable and punctual. He stayed till everything was covered and taken care of. He was never rushed while showing me how to run my new computer, and was very reasonably price. Highly recommend!

Dean was amazing! He was super helpful and informative. My husband built me a gaming PC so we could play together (his second build) but we ran into some snags that were beyond our knowledge. We messaged Prime PC and I had a voicemail on my phone right away from Dean. I called him back and he walked us through quite a bit of troubleshooting. Ultimately we scheduled a time for him to come in two days later (do to me and my husbands schedule). He fixed the issue in no time and even stayed to help us with the rest of the set up process. He gave us lots of tips and tricks for the components we chose and even gave us some really cool game recommendations! 10/10 would hire again and we’d recommend him to anyone with a tech snag! Also an enjoyable guest! Thank you Dean!
