- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to give our customers extremely competitive pricing, while still going above and beyond with better grades of products and processes than our customers. Let us evaluate your work and give you a free estimate. Let us know if you are a veteran or first responder, we offer discounts on full exteriors and interiors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up and onsite appointment with them to review their project. They normally take an hour at most. We follow up with a written and electronic version of their quote, usually while we're still on site. We'll take the time to explain to them in detail the processes that we will use on their project so that they can compare our services to any other quotes they are getting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured. We complete required training every couple years to maintain our license. Many of our painters have decades of experience and many have worked their way through on the job training from junior painter to senior foreman.
