Responded almost immediately, and was at the front door less than 12 hours after I reached out via Thumbtack. Saved us a bundle when a broken glass bottle jammed our garbage disposal and I couldn’t get it unjammed myself. Friendly and professional, explaining what he was doing and why. He was able to get it fixed within about 15 minutes, and I really appreciated his commitment to avoiding having to replace the unit if we didn’t need to.
