Responded almost immediately, and was at the front door less than 12 hours after I reached out via Thumbtack. Saved us a bundle when a broken glass bottle jammed our garbage disposal and I couldn’t get it unjammed myself. Friendly and professional, explaining what he was doing and why. He was able to get it fixed within about 15 minutes, and I really appreciated his commitment to avoiding having to replace the unit if we didn’t need to.

I was referred to John by a man that did some sliding door work for me. I called him and he got right back with me to replace my garbage disposal. He also replaced a shelf in the cabinet that was falling in. Very pleased with how punctual he was and flexible with my crazy schedule. Have him scheduled to come back and remove garage cabinets.
