- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer 10% off to all Veterans and first responders. Estimates are to include 3% cash discount if you pay by cash, check, or Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is step 1 call the potential customer to set up a consultation. Step 2 meet with the customer and discuss scope of the project. Depending on the size or scope of the project. Most estimates are done before I leave the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the green industry for 40 plus years years. I have done all sizes of projects from commercial and residential projects. From average sized homes to large estates. Commercial projects from Publix shopping centers, hotels, condominiums, Golf Course management and development .
