Bestway showed up on time and gave me a very good quote. Ernie even fixed my sprinkler head for me free of charge. I am very pleased with Bestway's service.

Ernie gave me a quote right away, which was reasonable. They came out quickly to do the initial project to lay crushed shells, and then started the monthly cutting service. The reason for the 4 stars is the communication with the main office for billing. They messed up the initial billing, but it was resolved quickly. I've been on service with them for about 4-5 months, and no problems. They were able to bill my credit card each month, but still send a monthly statement for my records.

Well, I wish I would have read the Google Plus reviews before I signed the contract. Ernie the sales rep was super tenacious and kind. I told him I would need to know when they would be there so I could open the gates as I have dogs, scoop the poop and all...good client etiquette. Ernie wrote on the contract to have corporate call and let me know when they would be arriving. Ernie said worst case scenario they would do the front if I was not home. Big red flag there. Per our contract, I am paying them to cut, edge, trim and blow the front AND back...the front only being cut would not be OK. Today the men (who were very nice) came to do the lawn without any notice from anyone. I called Ernie at which he had no time for me. The men were here about 20 minutes and the backyard was left unblown. I texted Ernie the pics and stated that I would clean up this time, but hoped this was not a sign of things to come. He said "No they squeezed you in today." What does that have to do with not blowing the backyard????? That was a really ignorant response. So, they have breached their contract and we are at day one. It is a time factor for sure, I am sure they are only allowed so much time per cut and had to rush out. Ernie best not be getting smart with me as that is the feeling I am getting. Kind one day and nasty the next. He got my credit card info, now I am not his problem. Ernie also promised me it would be the same day every week. Reading the posts on Google Plus, I am now concerned about that. I will give it another week and then give my written 30 day notice if needed. I have never dealt with Don personally. On the good side, the men here were nice, the lawn looks good and they shut the gate.

Well, they have been showing up every week, better than my previous service. These guys sure are in a hurry! They mow too fast to get all the tall stragglers, and they always miss 3 or 4 little patches. The promise that they would be keeping the beds cleaned up and stop the borders from ever-encroaching on the lawn seem to be unknown by the guys doing the work. The front always looks better than the back. I guess that's what management looks at, if they look at all. Mediocre job at best.

I don't really have the correct words to describe how painful this month has been with Bestway and their lack of customer service. Our relationship started out a fantastic note, timely quote and great communication. A good first month with timely response to questions and easy billing. We only had started services with them in the middle of April, but come end of May calls were not being returned and service wasn't being done at all. After a few attempts to rectify the issues, I am beyond out of patience. We have received NONE of our scheduled services for the month of June, with pictures of calf-level high grass and mangled back yard hedges as proof. Yet, we are being challenged with the fact that the "logs" say we have been visited twice. It is so disappointing to hire so called "professionals" to provide a service and then be treated as though we are a bother. My husband and I are both in customer service driven industries and neither of us would ever allow one of our customers to feel so taken advantage of. I hope for the sake of their longevity in the growing market of competitors, they take a long hard look at their priorities in regards to service of the customer. Now we are faced yet again with the task to find someone we can trust to deliver on promises made. I find it so ironic that their mission statement on their website is "Our Promise to You
