- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for services on a monthly basis. There are several months during the summer that your lawn will be mowed 5 times per month. However, in the Winter months I will cut your lawn bi-weekly as it needs less maintenance. Please be advised that the price remains the same all year. All fees are due in the beginning of each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to the property and formerly introduce myself to the customer. I walk the property with the customer and do a needs analysis. I confirm level of expectation and clarity of maintenance and how often. I give an estimate and agree upon a price that day and time services will be rendered.
