Hi Tim. I do apologize. I did make several attempts to call you but you were having phone issues at the time. I was attempting to let you know that our travel plans had changed and I was forced to leave Venice and return to Ocala on shorter notice but that I would return to do your job. I just can't drive 100 miles back to the Venice area without phone confirmation for the acceptance of my arrival.

Great detailed by Mike Parker and his associate Rob. Work has yet to be done but initial estimate with eye for detail was great so the work done will mirror walk thru I am sure!
