- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most standard residential systems are priced by panel count. Smaller systems start at $119 and scale up from there, larger or steep-roof jobs are quoted accordingly. Critter guard is quoted separately. Send me a message and I'll give you a solid number fast, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out, I ask a few quick questions about your system, and I give you a straight quote. On the day of service I do a full clean plus a visual check of your panels and mounting. I flag anything worth knowing and you get your system running at full output again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of hands-on roofing and construction experience, which means I know how to work safely on any roof type. I'm also Enphase Service Training certified, so I understand how solar systems actually perform, not just how to clean them.
