Marvin was a delight to work with. He gave me a quote and fixed the problem the same day. He gave me two options, either repair the outlets and boxes I had or get new ones, both options at a very reasonable price. His was the fifth quote for a relatively simple job and other electricians quote me an outrageous amount of money. He showed up on time, took his time to do a thorough job and even went the extra mile and changed all the outlet plate covers in the kitchen not only the ones he worked on. That was a very nice gesture. Thank you so much Malvin for being so professional and so kind. Will hire again soon for several lighting fixture installations.

I appreciated the quick response. I also appreciated the attention to my concerns and the fact that I was on a budget and they did not try to get over me. Luis Daniel listened to my request and did exactly what I wanted done in the kitchen. I am definitely using them again for my future electrical needs. I liked that they did not charge by the hour but by the service. Very friendly and flexible to my home needs. Thanks!

Legacy Tech 407-283-9599 Jose and Brennen are excellent electricians who are friendly and very reasonably priced. We had an electrical circuit to short out. We called Legacy Tech. Jose and Brennen arrived right on time. They listened carefully to a description of the problem. They carefully took each receptacle and switch out. They even went up into the attic to make sure a squirrel had not chewed into our wires. In a very short time, they found the problem with a connection involving our home alarm system. They completely solved the problem. They carefully put everything back in place, checking to make sure everything was working properly. Jose and Brennen were even kind enough to install several LED light bulbs we purchased which were very high on our ceiling. Their charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend them and give them the highest rating possible.

Gio was on time, and very efficient. Him and his partner assembled and installed 2 fans right out of the box in about an hour and ten minutes. I'm not very handy, so having this go smoothly was a major relief. His rate is very affordable too!

I had needed some lights installed before the weekend, so I had posted on Wednesday that I needed help. Joey was one of the first electricians that had provided me with a fair estimate on Thumbtack right away, so I hired him on the spot. He came to my home this afternoon and had the lights installed in a couple of hours. He even took the time to make sure they were put up properly, so future owners of my home didn't run into the same issues I did. All in all, he did a great job, was very professional and I would highly recommend him. If you're looking for someone to get the job done in a timely manner, Joey knows his stuff and he'll make sure the job is done right! Thank you Joey!

Jay is an excellent electrician. I hired him to complete electrical on a newly constructed boat dock. Jay completed the job on time. Also, he suggested adding a few safety features that other electricians did not mention. When I had it inspected for final on my Permit, the electrical inspector pointed out that those safety items were good thing to have. Jay is very knowledgable. I would recommend him.

Professional, prompt, polite, perfect. Showed up on time. Did the work needed. Made helpful suggestions. Knew the building codes. Did not go over estimate. Pricing fair and reasonable for work performed. Did a professional job. No shortcuts or sloppy work. Did things the right way. He brought the electrical up to code and redid work from another electrician. Very satisfied.

The price was reasonable, but the technicians that were sent out were great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before I left. I will suggest to get a flat rate as opposed to per hour price.

Robby came just hours after I posted the job and was very efficient and knowledgable. We just moved and when we went to hook up the washer and dryer realized the dryer had a 4 prong terminal block and the house had a 3 prong outlet. He was able to change out the dryer terminal block quickly and clearly knows what he is doing. If your looking for a electrician who is knowledgable and fair in price hire Robby and his team of electricians.

I am so grateful for Arielle Development Corp. 30 days after purchasing my first investment property Hurricane put a tree through my roof and collapsed my ceiling. I initially hired a company from a friends referral that came in and did a horrible hack job. They over charged me and ruined my ceilings and didn’t finish the job although they were fully paid. I called Donato, he arrived on time. He provided a quote within 24 hours and had his Workman onsite to fix the repairs when promised. They didn’t take short cuts they dismantled the work that was not done improperly and completely redid it. They identified things that needed to be done without me asking and just did it...providing excellent customer service is clearly a priority for this company. I’m very pleased with the job that was done. My mistake was not choosing them to start with. I will never make that mistake again.

To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to write this unsolicited letter of recommendation on behalf of Keith Scott. Keith was the general contractor for a remodeling project on the exterior of my house in the fall of 2014. I had no prior relationship with Keith, who was recommended by an architect friend of mine. The scope of the remodeling involved window replacement (22 windows and 3 patio doors), siding replacement (approximately 4000 sq. ft.), replacement of 2 decks along with installation of stainless steel cable railing, and roof replacement (approximately 2400 sq. ft.) for a three level house built in 1978. The project took 8 weeks and involved 4 work crews (carpenters, siding, painters, roofing) plus electrician and structural engineer, at a budget of just over $100,000. While major remodeling is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Keith’s services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Keith top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Keith used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work crews. Other than one relatively minor exception, which Keith promptly addressed once I brought it to his attention, the workmen whom Keith utilized were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of the homeowner’s property and privacy. They had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found them to be trustworthy, and my wife and I felt comfortable with allowing them access inside our home. 3. Project management and coordination. Keith’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of our project, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different work crews effectively. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets, which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without missing a beat. Keith’s familiarity with building codes and dealing with city hall also facilitated a smooth and hassle-free process when it came to building permits and inspection. Keith Scott letter of recommendation Page 2 of 3 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the project, I was impressed with Keith’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done (because of hidden problems that were not apparent until work on the house had commenced), Keith either (if it was relatively minor) took care of it without charging me extra, or (if it was more extensive) involved me in an informed decision making process that culminated in a change order which was fair. In another situation in which I was not satisfied with the aesthetics of nail holes on the siding battens even though the latter had been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, Keith agreed with me and arranged to have the nail holes filled and battens painted - a job which involved many additional hours - without passing the expense on to me. 5. Effective communication. Keith kept me closely informed of work crew schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of our project. His communication (whether by cell phone or email) was always clear, informative, and helpful. He was either available on his cell phone, or returned my phone call within 2-3 hours. We never had a single miscommunication throughout the 2-month project. His communication with the work crews was just as effective. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall, structural problems with the existing cantilevered joists for an upper deck), Keith worked diligently with me to identify a solution that was acceptable to me. He utilized resources effectively (e.g., enlisting the services of a structural engineer in a limited fashion) and creatively (e.g., identifying a special type of edge vent for my roof that had minimal overhang), and directed the work crew to make changes necessary for implementing the solution. 7. Responsiveness to homeowner’s needs and concerns. Keith’s commitment to homeowner satisfaction was evident in his actions. On the few occasions when I brought a request or concern to his attention (e.g., when I wanted the roofing done before all of the exterior painting was completed), he listened attentively, and always took appropriate action that demonstrated responsiveness to my needs or concerns. When the painting crew fell behind of schedule, Keith showed up on a Saturday and helped with the exterior painting. His service orientation is truly described by the motto: “The homeowner’s needs come first.” 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Keith gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. Same with the change orders. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Keith delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price. 9. Value. I had solicited three bids for my remodeling project. Although Keith’s bid was not the lowest, I am absolutely convinced that he delivered the best value (in terms of the work done) for the price. Keith Scott letter of recommendation Page 3 of 3 10. Sensitivity to worksite appearance and neighbor relations. Our project required a huge dumpster and a portable toilet (for the work crew), and there was very limited parking. Keith’s placement of the dumpster, portable toilet, and construction materials was based not solely on function and convenience, but showed a consideration for the aesthetics of the worksite. The work crew parked their vehicles in ways that were minimally disruptive to the neighborhood traffic, and their conduct never caused any discomfort to our neighbors. In the two months during this project, there was not one single neighbor complaint! Instead, three different neighbors passed on compliments about the work crews (e.g., “those guys really work hard”). In closing, I am very pleased with the final product which Keith was instrumental in delivering, and I am extremely impressed with his work as a general contractor. In a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are unfortunately all too common, Keith is indeed a rare find. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years, and I took this unprecedented step of writing an unsolicited letter of recommendation for Keith because I believe that exceptional work should be recognized. I would not hesitate to hire Keith again, or to recommend him to my friends and neighbors. I recommend Keith Scott to you most enthusiastically, and without any reservations. If you have any questions about my experience with Keith, please feel free to call me. Thomas Mitchel A very satisfied homeowner

I needed some overhead lighting installed in my bathrooms to get rid of the older style over-mirror lights. Reginald showed me exactly what to purchase, and had them installed perfectly in a few hours. The lighting is just what I wanted, the installation was professional and Reginald was the right person for the job! He charged me a great price and I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician!
