Introduction: Jay's Ways Personal Fitness began with the idea of being much more than just a personal training business, but a life changing and transforming experience where we will not only teach the ways of health and fitness, but mental and spiritual fitness as well, creating a unity of Mind, Body and Sprit. With this, a person gains optimal health, an open mind and a new understanding of the way they can alter their reality just through a more positive thought process. This will be done through a variety of ways, including Personal Training, Nutritional Coaching, and much more! I enjoy helping people reach their goals, I've always had a passion for helping others, and when I became a Personal Trainer I realized how I can help people and enjoy what I do at the same time!

When I started college I gained 15 pounds, but Jays Ways was able to help me with certain foods and exercises, within 2 months I lost those 15 pounds! He is kind, helpful, organized with his clients and compassionate about what he does!
