Joe, I’m sorry we weren’t able to get on the same page regarding your project. We asked for your phone number so that we could reach you directly regarding your appointment with us; you declined, so we did our best to explain our services through the messenger feature. I understand that you sent text messages to us, and I explained to you that you were sending text messages to a landline and that there was no way for us to receive them. After doing our best to offer you everything you were asking for, and replying in a timely manner even when we were contacted well outside of business hours, you called and verbally harassed one of our staff members. Taking all of this into consideration, we made the business decision not to move forward with offering our services to you.
