I like to do things a bit differently than most. I'm not big on pre set menus or packages. I would rather find out; what do you want to eat at your event, what's your favorite food, what budget you have in mind, and a theme or style of cuisine if any. Then we can craft your menu based on what you want to eat, not what is available in package A. Based on this initial consultation I'll be able to send you a proposed menu and quote and then there is very little left to decide.
We only have two up front fees.
If you would like to do a tasting (either at the kitchen or in your home) there is a $100.00 fee. This fee is non-refundable should you decide not to book us for your event. Should you decide to book us, this money is deducted from the final invoice balance.
Should you book us, there is a $250.00 save the date fee which locks us into your time and date. This money is refundable up to one week prior to your event should you cancel the event or our services for any reason. This money is also deducted from the final invoice balance.
Every food item is purchased and prepared no sooner than the day prior to your event and nothing is pulled from a freezer pre-prepared from a previous event.

Sean and his team were outstanding. The food and service were exceptional. We had a office holiday party of 150-200 people, both table top placements and passing servers. We had plenty of food. They had prepared great serving pieces, special bite spoons, special MAC-n-cheese bowls, etc. His staff was very professional and friendly. They were very easy to work with on the menu, timely at the event, and very affordable. I looked at several companies in Jacksonville and I glad we choose Party Elegance. I was originally concerned because they were not located in Jacksonville as we were, but I did not have any limitations or problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again next year!

From the very beginning of our planning, we decided that we wanted a morning wedding and a brunch reception. I love breakfast and definitely wanted my wedding to showcase my favorite foods. We looked at several caterers but never found anyone that really offered everything we were looking for until we discovered Sean and Party Elegance.
I utilized the website Thumbtack to locate Sean and he was very responsive and helpful right off the bat. We looked over his website and liked the pictures and menu options. We contacted Sean by email and he was so friendly and professional. We setup an in-person meeting and considering the major significance of choosing a caterer for our wedding, Sean was knowledgeable and really put us at ease immediately. He put together a sample menu for us and everything sounded so amazing. Sean was also extremely flexible and willing to work with us on any changes we wanted. We had a tasting at Seans kitchen and it was delicious and so much food. Sean made enough food to feed a family and we even had some to take home.
For the wedding, we asked for a beer and wine reception (with mimosas), and we specifically wanted to feature beer from our favorite local brewery Funky Buddha, which Sean was more than willing to provide. For our cocktail hour, Sean provided a meat and cheese platter, fruit, and passed hors d'oeuvres, including roasted mushroom flatbread and crazy amazing mini bacon donuts, which were a crowd favorite. For the reception, we had a really great watermelon and tomato salad, assorted baked goods and smoked salmon, potatoes, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. We also had the best baked banana French toast as well as waffle and omelet stations.
Sean is the best, and all of his staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful on the day. Overall, the party was a huge success and we would definitely recommend Sean and Party Elegance as a premier catering company.

Sean and his team are AMAZING! From the first communications with Sean and all the way through the end of the wedding we have been more than satisfied with the customer service and the quality of Sean's food. I was super crazy in the last several weeks before the wedding and forgot to reach out with final communications, etc. Sean was very understanding and worked with me to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted: an eclectic menu with a little bit of everything for anyone. Our menu consisted of sushi two ways (cooked and so freaking good), tuna poke, flat breads, cheese & meat display, cheeseburger/pulled pork/lobster roll sliders, chicken & waffles, mac & cheese station, S'MORES station(!!), sparkling lemonade, 2 infused waters, a fabulous beer & wine bar and homemade margaritas using a special tequila that we provided. Some items were passed and others were displayed. I have not stopped getting compliments about the food and only curse the fact that I didn't devour more of the delicious fare. When I sent out our menu wants, Sean was the first and only caterer to come back with a menu that literally hit every "must-have" on our list. He never tried to change my mind unlike some professionals I spoke with, but instead offered seriously valuable expert advice. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted and it came together better than we had ever imagined even working with a smaller budget (overall $11,000 for the ENTIRE wedding). Sean and his staff were very attentive to us and our guests all night, constantly checking that we had enough to eat and drink and that we were happy. Sean also does not nickle and dime like many of the other big name caterers in town. For example, we provided some private stashes of bubbly and never saw a corkage fee. His team also served up our wedding cake (from another vendor) and never charged a cutting fee. Working in events and specifically the catering world gives me a great advantage and insight on the hidden fees that some brides and first time small event planners face. Sean has a customer service based approach meaning he will work with you to give you what you want and you won't end up "paying for it" in the end by having to decide what to leave out. I will not hesitate to hire Sean again in the future. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
